BOOKING POLICY, CANCELLATIONS & AGREEMENTS

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, and LATE policy.

By booking with us, you authorize PDS PDX LLC d/b/a Polish Day Spa to charge your credit card 100% the value of your service if: 1) you do not cancel your appointment before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, 2) are a no-show, or 3) are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time. Frequent cancellations, no-shows or repeated tardiness are not acceptable and future appointments may be declined. Service prices are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

The beauty industry has been severely hampered throughout this pandemic, and with the rising COVID cases nationwide, there is a real possibility of becoming totally wiped out if there's another government lockdown/shutdown.


As of today, Face Coverings are no longer required inside our salon. We kindly ask our guests to still maintain distance and sanitize your hands after the check-in process.


If you even feel slightly sick, we ask that you please cancel or reschedule. If you receive a positive test, we are more than happy to waive the cancellation fee. 

**Please understand that the cancellation policies are not punishments—they’re simply put in place so our staff is justly compensated, especially during these uncertain times. We are merely trying to weather the storm and survive this pandemic just like everyone else.**

We understand your time is extremely valuable. And so is ours. We kindly ask our current & future guests to respect our time and our firm cancellation policies. 


In order to receive the best possible experience, we encourage all clients to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure plenty of time to check-in and to select the perfect polish from our extensive selection. We also ask that you also understand that being late or not showing up for an appointment will lead to us adjusting the duration of your service.  Repeatedly arriving late, or cancelling your appointments  hurts Polish Day Spa and our ability to properly operate. Please be considerate of the other guests of our salon.


When booking an appointment at Polish Day Spa, you are agreeing to and will be held financially accountable to all of our salon policies including full payment for services received or not received. In an effort to ensure our staff receives a full day's pay, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows and late notice cancellations will also occur a full charge.


Rescheduling/Cancelling appointments are free of charge outside of 24-hours. 

50% Fee for rescheduling (if available). 

Same day appointments are considered FINAL.

Polish Day Spa is an inclusive, safe environment; therefore there is zero tolerance for bigoted, racist, sexist, ageist, homophobic, or other discriminatory, threatening or offensive language and/or behavior. Any persons  displaying any of these will be asked to leave immediately. 


It is very important that Polish Day Spa remain a safe, welcoming  place for our  clients and our team members.

A memo regarding animals

We LOVE animals, but unfortunately no animals are allowed without prior consent. Permitted animals are not allowed to wander around the premises and cause disruptions to our operations or invade other guest's personal space. Service dogs must display an official "SERVICE DOG" vest alongside valid paperwork. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) do not have public access rights in the US according to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
